Shower Restoration
Includes: Steam cleaning grout and tiles, mold and mildew treatment, re-caulking, partial grout repair, and optional grout re-colouring and sealer application.
Re-grouting
Includes: Steam cleaning, mold treatment, removal of all old grout, re-grouting, re-caulking, and sealer application.
Caulking Services
For: Kitchen back splashes and sinks, bathroom vanity sinks, countertops, and toilet bases.
Grout Re-colouring
Includes: Steam cleaning, grout repair if needed, colour-sealing to refresh and protect your grout lines.
Minor Tile Repair
Repair or replacement of a few damaged tiles. (Client is responsible for supplying replacement tiles.)
Grout & Tile Steam Cleaning
For: Floor grout in hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, and backsplashes. May include light grout repair.
